Carroll Management Group has grown quickly to nearly 100 properties under management. Wanting to continue this growth and increase lead volume, they began looking for a partner to help them rebrand their properties as ARIUM and develop a new website that could tell the ARIUM story. Carroll Management wanted to be sure that they stayed on the leading edge of digital, so they turned to FortyFour to help them.
Their current brand was outdated and their website difficult to navigate. In order to elevate the ARIUM experience, we needed to refresh brand design, eliminate inconsistencies, reemphasize our users’ key activities, and employ current digital best practices. We started by updating the brand’s look and feel so ARIUM would better resonate with their desired audiences. With a refined user experience and content strategy, we coupled brand storytelling with activities that drive conversion. Research-based customer segmentation allowed us to prioritize the right information in the right place so apartment seekers could more easily search for and learn about properties matching their unique needs.

By thoughtfully pairing design, user experience, and content, our team created a seamless, consistent digital experience for a newly elevated brand. ‘Apply Now’ and ‘Schedule Tour’ conversions more than doubled after launching the new site. Following the success of this project, FortyFour has adopted digital marketing programs across the portfolio, including Google AdWords and Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram advertising, and ongoing analytics management.
